Regional Sales Support

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Regional Sales Support person is responsible for creating and sustaining relationships with distributors and key accounts in Western Canada.

JOB LOCATION / SALES TERRITORY:

  • 22071 Fraserwood Way, Richmond BC
  • Travel regularly within BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the National Sales Director at all levels by creating interest in Stillcreek products. This is to be done by sampling at the end user level, in person, by email, phone or fax.
  • Support and assist with café/coffee market information
  • Execute product demos, presentations and special promotions
  • Weekly marketing and sales meeting on product/customer response
  • In-store training on any or all Stillcreek products at end user, chain and distributor level
  • Deliver samples and set up POS material at end user, chain and distributor level
  • Greet, visit and reinforce relationships with customers
  • Establish relationships with managers and owners at café/restaurant (chain) level
  • Identify new leads and opportunities and share with distributors in the Western markets
  • Administrative duties as directed
  • Mandatory attendance at meetings and trade shows

ROLE STRUCTURE:

  • Time management is set at 15 calls a day minimum, generating 5 sales leads per day
  • Results are reported on sales sheets daily

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Coffee and tea industry experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • High degree of organization
  • Positive attitude and energy
  • Available during work week and occasional weekends
