What is your minimum order?

$750.00 CAD per order

Do I have to buy one pallet of the same flavour or product, or can I mix and match?

You can mix and match as long the value is equal to or greater than $750.00 CAD.

Do you sell in less than case quantities?

Stillcreek only offers products by the master case.

Does Stillcreek sell direct?

We are a wholesale Master distributor and only offer our great line-up of products to key accounts and distributors.  We do not sell direct.

Do you sell to the USA?

We presently only distribute within Canada, but expect to expand to the US in the near future with products we believe are well suited for the American market.  If you would like to be notified when we launch business in the US, send an email to rswanson@stillcreek.ca

Who arranges and pays for the freight?

If you don’t already have a preferred carrier, we can help you find excellent rates.  We will ship according to your instructions and freight charges will be billed to you.  You also have the option to pick up from our west based warehouse.

How do you handle shipping during the winter?

In the winter months, we recommend utilizing heated containers especially for sugar-free syrups, chai, and water.

What are your most popular products?

Many of our products are well known brands, such as Two Leaves, Torani, and Dr. Smoothie.  We feel it’s just as important to offer a variety of well known brands as it is to provide you with a selection of new, exciting, up and coming products.  Our products are geared to the specialty coffee market and tailored to meet the needs of café, bistro and other beverage establishments, but we don’t sell coffee.

Why don’t you offer coffee?

Many of our customers across Canada are coffee roasters and we feel it would be counterproductive to sell coffee to the people we are trying to help.

Do you think Organic and Fair Trade products are important?

Although the last year has been a challenge for the organic industry, we believe products that contribute to a healthy lifestyle and promote well-being for the consumer and the larger community will continue to grow in popularity for many years to come. If a customer serves organic coffee, they should probably offer organic syrups to go along with it.

Why should I buy from Stillcreek?

Stillcreek is a one stop shop with a great line up of products perfectly suited for the coffee industry. We buy in very large quantities so you, the customer, don’t have to.  In the end, you save money.  It might sound cliché, but it’s about creating a win/win for everyone. Our staff have years of experience searching the world for products that are at the heart of the specialty coffee industry. With our passion for the coffee market, we are here to serve you.

How do we sign up for your services?

It’s simple to buy from Stillcreek and the wait times are generally very short. We contact you by phone and discuss your needs first.  We provide you with some recommendations, agree on a price, and the amount of products.  Following a rapid credit check, we place your order. The process from start to finish is typically four to seven days.

We know your time is important.  We try to eliminate all of the guess work and keep the process simple. Most information will be exchanged via e-mail. Once you are on board, we assign you a sales representative to see to your needs.

Do your reps visit us before we buy?

A sales representative may visit in advance, if the customer requires it.  Training, points of sale information and samples are available up front to ensure you have the resources you need to be successful.  We’ve often found it best to visit once the products are in place as this is when training is most beneficial.
